Follow the link below it takes you to Cisco's site where you can browse all MIBs that cisco supports. Realize that not all MIBs are loaded for all IOSs. What ones are loaded is dependent on your IOS. CPU will be supported on all, memory is tricky and you will have to play with. MIBs I would look at first "SNMPv2-MIB" & "SNMPv2-SMI" highlight one in the window and then select "View MIB contents" to view OID numbers and definitions for the MIB components...
