I personally like Routers2.cgi. (http://www.steveshipway.org/software) It's pretty easy to configure, and works well with multiple mrtg targets. I use it on my home network to monitor a few routers and a Win2003 server, and also at our office for monitoring our firewalls, BigIP load balancers, Cisco switches and VPN concentrators.
