Plenty of information and examples for windows OID here. Unfortunitly in tipical Microsoft fashion it's all about the money and they have removed certain support for SNMP per requests from venders that charge for programs that give you the same info you used to get for free. So for memory you will need to install a third party MIB to get that information. http://www.wtco.org and look for snmp4wk2 there is a free MIB that you can download that will get you setup to collect the info you are looking for. read the .ini file after install it contains all the OID reference...
