Hi to all. My company is offering DSL lines and we are receiving complaints regarding slowdown. We are using Nortel, Alcatel and Nokia as DSLAMs and ERX1400, Cisco10k and Redback SMS1 as BRAS. I am planning to use MRTG to validate the actual bandwidth utilization of those DSL subscribers with complaints. I have already researched MRTG usage for SMS and still trying out some config for erx1400. I have tried using the config maker. My problem is it seems not to get the atm interface.

DSL subs are unique to this information. My question is, am i missing something? do i need a special mib file for this? do i need to make further configuration in the erx1400? or shall i say, what are my other options to monitor our dsl subscribers.
