Hello all, I am having a small issue with MRTG or the config of the box it is running on. I am getting the error seen below:
"--base: Get Device Info on [EMAIL PROTECTED]: SNMP Error: no response received" I have verified the setup of the target machine and I am able to pull SNMP info from that box as seen below: "snmpget -c community x.x.x.x .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.7.3.1.9.0 SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.311.1.7.3.1.9.0 = Counter32: 7829" The MRTG box is a basic Slack 10 box with a few nics for different networks it is attached to. The default route is setup through eth1 and eth0 is actually a bogus (0.0.0.0) interface. The target is a basic Windows 2003 Enterprise server. My question is can you select which interface (eth0-x) that you send out and receive the MRTG SNMP requests on? Or is it possible I am going in the completely wrong direction. Thanks for your time.
