You have configured Maxbytes to 100 Mb only, then anything above 100 mb will
be dropped by MRTG. Increase the Maxbytes to your interface speed.

I am not able to read the traffic above 100MB from the Gig Interface on
Foundry JetCore Switch. I allowed the configuration to use SNMP V 2 also.
