It depends on your hardware or the OS you are running.
Many hardware manufacturers support in their mib files individual CPU entries
for their machines.
OS-es usually support the monitoring of individual CPU's as well. If you are
running any flavor of windows SNMP-informant can give you the figures you want.
If you can't find any MIB that gives you the figures but you can get the
figures from a CLI, then you have the possibility to write a script that feeds
MRTG the data.
