Basically I like cfgmaker always to check for the ifHC* counters.
Right now the v2 option is needed to get these counters, so without too much
thinking I suggested the snmpv2 as default for cfgmaker.
I did not realize there are circumstances where you want snmpv1 to poll for
oid's from the v2 specs. So Paul his idea is the better one.
