I don't think that you need 199, 162.
This is a good port list I always use:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers
Try opening the port 161 TCP AND UDP.
Maybe you also need 1993 TCP/UDP (cisco)?

Hi,
We have a cpanel server with CSF firewall
(http://www.configserver.com) and MRTG installed here that monitors
around 10 other servers. This CSF was newly installed on the server.
But after the CSF installation MRTG can't recieve responses to other 4
servers. I already added the IP addresses of those servers but MRTG can
get responses on them. When i disabled the firewall (CSF) MRTG can
receive response but it its enabled it can't. I posted my problem on
CSF forum ( http://forum.configserver.com/showthread.php?t=410) and
their advice is to add the port used by MRTG to allowed port. I don't
exaclty know the port to add on the allowed port for MRTG to continue
receiving data. I research and i tried UDP 161/162 and TCP 199 but i
still cant get data on other servers.
Please let me know of the port to add on my allowed port so
that my MRTG can get results data on other servers. Or is there other
workaround on it?
