Three options. 1) Use SNMPv2 on both polls, so you get 64bit polling. Make sure you have a later version of MRTG. If one of the components is 32bit then you will get counter wrap at 32bit, IE about 115Mbps. 2) Set up two separate targets, one for each interface, then use Routers2 as a frontend and make a userdefined summary graph over the pair with a total line. 3) Change to polling every 1min and change your Interval: setting to be 1 minute, and recreate your .rrd files. Then you can cope with up to 575Mbps.
