Resolution: Fixed
added withConfiguration methods to the 4 mapred driver classes
fixed MapReduceDriver and PipeMapReduceDriver to set the configuration object
on their mappers/reducers
added tests using java serialization to confirm conf was getting set
committed in 1300829
