Description:
Remove site.xml, tar.gz files from Nexus
Distribute all binary jar's for different hadoop versions in one binary

Dont produce artifact for hadoop 0.20 since artifact is the same for hadoop
1.0. Use hadoop1 and hadoop2 as the classifiers since last week hadoop approved
a vote to call 0.23 YARN 2.0
