When I couldn't readily find these properties anymore in 2002 help, I began
to question whether they're even supported anymore.  I just got confirmation
from the Access development team that they ARE supported - but Help is
broken.  Filed another bug.

As for "secure" your mdb - I'm still not sure why you would want to do this
in code.  Tools / Startup works just fine for me.  As I mentioned earlier, I
do use AllowByPassKey, but only in an mde I'm about to distribute.

As for AllowFullMenus, AllowToolbarChanges, and AllowBuiltinToolbars, the
Runtime mode disables all these automatically.
