Susan- You need to build a custom "query by form" unbound form that contains an unbound control for each criteria you might want to apply to the report. Write code behind a command button on the form to examine what criteria were entered and dynamically build a filter (like an SQL WHERE clause). Use that filter in the WhereCondition parameter of the OpenReport action to open any report so that it displays only the records that match the criteria.
