Lynn- You can try using Tools / Export on the query that's the Record Source of the report to start the Excel export wizard. You can see if that will run OK and give you the result you want. About 3 or 4 panels into the Wizard, you'll be able to see the data types that export things it needs to use. Could be a bad value in a column of the data you're trying to export.

I do this a 10 times a day on a variety of different reports, using the Tools/Office Links/Excel menu. This one report is giving me and error called "Overflow" as soon as it starts to export. I've never seen this before & I don't see any documentation on it at all. There's no where to click in the warning box either, to get more info. Funny thing is, this same Report will export to Word no problem, just not Excel. Other Reports in the DB are exporting no problem. What am I not seeing?
