I've been trying to figure out how to do this: I have a main form with combo boxes as search fields by either CustID or POC (point of contact - phone number). There is one subform which lists details in datasheet view of your customer choice above. I'm interested in having another subform for data entry and allow changes based on the record chosen in the first subform. How can I do this? Actually, instead of a second subform, I currently have an additional form that opens when a record in the datasheet view of the first subform is clicked on. The new form that opens will allow me to change certain fields but doesn't reflect these changes into a table that I want it to. Would I need to add a second subform the the main form? Or do I need to "nest" another subform into the first? Oh, and by the way, so far none of this has been done using code.
