Gee, based on what little information you provided, this sounds like homework
to me. If it is, then you need to work through the development of the database
through your school class.
This group will more than be happy to help you solve problems you have while
you develop your program, but we will not teach you how to develop Access
databases nor will we build your database for you. Your class, on-line
tutorials, and many books are available to provide you with instructions on how
to build databases...and the Northwind database that comes with Access is an
excellent tool to start with.
