Hi group
Kind of new here..or back after a few years I should say. I have a
problem using access stored in MSSQL modifying or deleting data. Get
the error:
"The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you
and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same
time."
I can create new records.
Have:
"googled"/read up on this and not found any resolution:
Verified lates and greatest MDAC and Microsoft Jet Engine/ SP's
Modified the tables in question eliminating memo fields and making
them nvarchar 255.
Recreated Table in Brand new Database( MSSQL Express ...then
uninstalled, reinstalled MSDE2000 and tried)
have admin priveldges on network and connecting as sa to the SQL
database.
I am hoping its just my lack of experience and someone has the answer
I can't find :)
