is there a simple way to perform either the left or right function
which instead of specifying positions, you specify a character? for
instance Seattle, WA I want to pull all of Seattle but nothing right of
the e (dont want the ,)
the data I have is all mixed and matched with various cities and
countries so its not consistent except for the ,.
