Add the CompanyName field to your form. If it is not already a combo box, then change it to one by using the right click menu. Then open the properties window to your combobox. 1. Row Source Type should be Table/Query 2. Row Source should be the name of your table. 3. Column Count should be 1 4. Bound Column should be 1 5. Limit to List should be Yes, unless you are going to allow users to type in a name that will not be listed in the table.
