http://www.mvps.org/access/forms/frm0028.htm shows you how to limit the
answers in a combo box based on the value in another box.

Hope that helps.

Subject: [ms_access] Zip Codes

Hi,

I have a very simple single table and form. I want the correct Zip Code
field automatically filled (from my list of Zip Codes) when I click on
the Town listed in my named Town drop down box. When I click on the
town of "Wayland" in the drop down box for the Town field, I want the
Zip Code field automatically filled in with "01778", or "Norwell" in the
town field and "02061" automatically filled in; the classic "If, Then"
function. How do I do that?

Many thanks!
