John
I am probably not as advanced as you think I am and am having some trouble with
your suggestion.
When I go to the form and go into design mode and click on the State Field
I can find the attribute called BeforeUpdate.
In the BeforeUpdate field I entered
=UCase([Donor_State])
But when I entered ny it did not change it to NY.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
