When you add the tab pages to the main form (you are doing that aren't 
you?) and then drop the subform into it, the wizard will ask you for the 
linking fields (i.e. EmployeeID)

Using the tab pages is the easiest and certainly the tidiest if you have 
a lot of information.  If it's just 3 or 4 controls on the subform, you 
can bury those in the main form, take away all their form formatting and 
they will be indistingushable from the rest.  They will have in their 
properties the linking Master and Child fields.

Is that clear or confuzzling?
