Hi All: This should be simple but at 2:24am I just can't jog my memory enough. Can anyone help with a swift kick to the side of my head? I have a dropdown box with 3 columns. Column one is bound to a table field when selected and that works fine. How can I "grab" the value in column 2 & 3 and put it into 2 other form fields. __________________ ie: Drop down box contains | slip# | cost1 | cost2 | | -------------------------------- V | 1 | 25.00 | 85.00 | ------------------------------- | 2 | 35.00 | 95.00 | -------------------------------- etc........... So I drop down, select the correct slip#. It grabs the slip# and puts it in slipnum field in the table. I would like to put the value of cost1 in a separate "Cost1" UNBOUND field for display only and put cost2 in a BOUND field and have the value go into "cost2" field in the table. I can't for the life of me remember how to reference (fetch) field 2 & 3 and stick them in two other fields. ESPECIALLY the bound field. It keeps giving me the value that's already IN the table. I think I'm supposed to know how to do this but I also think I've been staring at this Database for too long. Thanks...I seldom post here (But I GAIN much from reading) so I feel like a pest but really do appreciate ANY help. Thanks in advance for any sample code or suggestions.
