Pradeep If I get your question right, then the following procedure might be of some help. Create an unbound form. On it create a combo box which should show the list of Employee_Tests. Drag the datasheet form in question onto this unbound form to create a subform.. Open the property sheet for this subform and on Data tab set Link Master Fields to the name of the combo box and Link Child Fields to the Employee_Test. It may be a good idea to have a separate table for Employee tests which should be the row source for the combo box so that you have 1 to many relationship between this table and the Employee table.
