Ahhh yes Gloria, the cruelest cut  of all for a new Access developer 
is knowing Excel.

So, start at the basics for us.
- What is your database about (we've seen them all before)
- What are your main data groups (ie Customers, Stock, Orders)
- What is the job you have set out to do (ie maling list, stock 
inventory, sales records etc)

See how we go from there
