Oh...and here is the crosstab query that the sql select below runs off of.  In 
stead of by hour I'd like by half an hour and every 15 minutes.  So if a flight 
departs at 7:01am then it will show for selected times between 0700 and 
0715.......or 0700 and 0730, instead of between the entire hour 0700 and 0800.
 
TRANSFORM Max([Test Flt Skd].OpsTime) AS MaxOfOpsTime
SELECT [Test Flt Skd].[By Hour]
FROM [Test Flt Skd]
GROUP BY [Test Flt Skd].[By Hour]
PIVOT [Test Flt Skd].Airline;
