Sorry George. I wasn't clear with my question. The table keeps track of errors made. Sometimes two people are responsible for the error, thus "ErrorBy1" and "ErrorBy2". I want to create a report that shows who is making the errors, so I want to show the table w/ one person on each line, not two in the same line. They should show all the other info in the table.
Thanks again for your help.
