[ms_access] Error 3197 (pls help me)

I can't open or repair our mdb , error 3197 (The Microsoft Jet database 
engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting 
to change the same data at the same time).
Pls help me, and guide me step by step to solve this problem.Tks.
