If you really required all the fields from those queries and the total
is
more than 255+ fields/columns then its not possible to do it in one
query or
table. Perhaps adding a sub report on the main report will do or maybe
you
need to re-structure your tables?

Sorry but I can't imagine how you reached to 255+ fields for one line
output?

Wait for the others comments maybe they have a better idea...

cheers,
George

Dear George

I need the entire field in that particular query that is
why I use *

Actually I want to make a report which should give details of three
queries for that I try to make a single query by integrating the three
queries.

So what is next for making this complex query?

There is any way to make a report which integrated with the at least
three queries?

Thanks & Regards,

Muhamed Faisal.

Hi Mohammed,

Im a bit confused but what I understand is, the below is a complete
separate
query you used as a source:
[PRESENTSTOCK Query]
[UNIT PRICE Query]

if you will include these in your column:
[PRESENTSTOCK Query].*
[UNIT PRICE Query].*
... meaning you are selecting all the fields from both queries. Then if
both
queries has to much fields or more than 255 if you will add it, then
error
will be raised (not so sure the column limitation)

what you can do is, remove the above 2 columns then drag or select only
the
EXACT fields do you want. DONT, drag or select
the * on the very first of your source because it will include all the
fields from the query/table.

HTH,
George

Hi Muhamed,

Hope you didn't use Select * from both 2 quiries, what I mean just use
only
the fields you want.
Otherwise, paste your SQL Code so we can see it...

HTH,
George

Dears,

While making a query (from another two query) I have received an
error which is given below. Can any body have any idea about it.

My a single query contain just 25 field only not 255 as mention in the
error box

Too many fields defined. (Error 3190)

You tried to perform an operation that involves more than 255 fields.
Reduce the number of fields, and then try the operation again.

Thanks & Regards,

Muhamed Faisal.
