So grouping by status will not give you the count you need?

The field I need to perform this on is called "Status". I need to count the records if "Status" = 2 and then separately, I need to do a count if "Status" =1. I've tried using different variations of "IIF", but I get syntax errors when I try to execute the query. Any help would, as always, be greatly appreciated :) Thanks :) ============ ========= ========= ========= ==== Mike Bisson, IT / Materials Manager Carthuplas, Inc. 16 Commerce Drive Gaffney, SC 29340 Direct: 864-649-2660 Fax: 864-649-2612 [EMAIL PROTECTED] com http://www.carthupl as.com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address.
