I have the following DMax expression in a unbound text box on a form:
=DMax("[HireDate]","tblJobPlacement","[CLientID]=forms!frmClientIntakeEdit![ClientID]")
I am trying to retrieve and display the most current placement (HireDate) for a
client on this form. This works fine works if a client has multiple placements
on different dates. However, what happens if a client has two placements (ie.
two or three part-time jobs) on the same day with different employers....how
will DMax handle that in Access2K? How does Access decide which one is
displayed on a form or query? Is it random or is there logic behind it?
