Can you switch to SQL view on these "bad" queries? If so, is the SQL
correct? Paste an example in a reply here. It might be the case that your
queries in 2003 are using some name that is now reserved in 2007 - and
you'll need brackets around the name.

Subject: [ms_access] is not a valid name error for queries in Access 2007

I have recently upgraded to Access 2007 and many of my queries get the
following error:

"is not a valid name. Make sure that is does not include invalid
characters or punctuation and that it is not too long.

There is no name in front of the "is not a valid name" portion, just
the quotation mark.

Everything works fine in 2003 and when I create a new 2007 database and
import those queries, I get the same error.

I am running Windows XP.

Has anyone else seen this and is there a fix?
