Pete,
Thanks, I tried to figure out where to put that code and I think it is a little
over my head. The shortcut is on the user's Citrix desktop and that is what
they click. Does that code go in the desktop shortcut? If so, I can't find
where to put it.
Gary

Change the VBA code behind the button to the following:

DoCmd.OpenReport "reportname", acViewPreview

Subject: [ms_access] Report - prints without preview

Access 2002 SP3

I inherited a database where the reports go straight to the user's default
printer. How do I change the reports so they show up in preview mode instead
of going straight to the printer?

Gary
