Here's the problem: I am the transportation coordinator for a Senior Center and do the scheduling using an Access 2007 database that I have designed. Fields in the main Rides table include the date, the time the passenger needs to be picked up (pickuptime), and the driver for that ride. Each date has multiple rides, multiple passengers, and multiple drivers. I am trying to design a report that will generate a cover sheet for each driver that includes the driver, the date, and the time of the first pickup for which the driver is responsible. Getting the date and the driver is easy, but to get the first pickup time, I need a way of picking out the earliest time for a given driver. Help?!
