Great that you picked this offer! Let us know when the book is out!

Regarding MuseScore.com, it doesn't require Flash for quite some time now.
It just requires a browser capable of reading MP3 in the audio tag. It
would be good to have an explanation about how to share scores on
musescore.com http://musescore.org/en/handbook/share-scores-online

Regarding large works, it depends how you define it. I have a set of
challenging works done with MuseScore
http://musescore.com/nicolas/sets/pushing-the-limits
If you are talking about length, there are several symphonies from
beethoven http://musescore.com/user/45916/scores/109902 or Bramhs
http://musescore.com/user/43726/scores/92691
The score produced by the Open Goldberg project is also a good example of
length but it's for keyboard only (and done with a prerelease of 2.0):

You might also want to talk to https://twitter.com/etsnyman who said
several times on the forum he is using MuseScore for his job. I believe
other people on the forum are working on books made with MuseScore.
You could find other suggestions by posting on musescore.com composers
groups or on the musescore.org forum.
