Greetings, I am hearing a tick or pop after a strike of many of the unpitched percussion instruments. I have googled around a bit for a bug report or solution but haven't found anything. Could I ask for some help or some pointers on how to look for a solution, please?
I am new to MuseScore, so pardon my ignorance if I'm overlooking something. I built MuseScore 1.3 Revision 5702 from the current Sourceforge source download, on Fedora 17 Linux. I had to add several of the requirements to get a successful build. I am able to compose and export music, but I am hearing a fairly loud pop or tick after many of the unpitched percussion instruments. The pop occurs just as the note trails off. The pop is visually evident if an exported sound file is loaded in Audacity. I am attaching a demonstration file, bug.ogg. The first 2 tambourine notes exit cleanly, but the 2 following clave notes end with a pop. I see the below command line warnings when I launch mscore, and I am also unable to play anything back from within musescore: [w@localhost ~]$ mscore Alsa_driver: the interface doesn't support mmap-based access. init ALSA audio driver failed init ALSA driver failed init audio driver failed sequencer init failed loaded the Generic plugin registerPlugin: add action idx 2 Load plugin: no menu property preferences.checkUpdateStartup: 168 lastupdate: 25.06.2013 21:52:20.407 Thanks in advance for the help!
