Depending on your workflow (score first or midi first), you might want to
take a look to http://musescore.org/en/node/21159 and
http://musescore.org/en/node/22657, both address score first, audio second
Regarding MIDI first, MuseScore MIDI import is weak in MuseScore 1.3. It
will probably be better in MuseScore 2.0. Tests and feedback are welcome.
