I made Muse Score 1.3 translation into Russian update.

About me in brief. I teach music informatics at the State College of Art.
Students at my course study some musical oriented computer programs, including
Muse Score, which, as I think, is most outstanding application among free
notation editors.
I regularly do for my students a translation of Muse Score (and not only) into
Russian, because your translation, though very good, contains small
inaccuracies at my opinion.
Into current translation I just did not translate "simbol", because they are so
numerous and self-explanatory. I'll be glad, if this translation you'll
consider useful for your purposes.
