I remember some time ago Thomas B. published some questions on the list to identify how appealing different future features in MuseScore are to the members of the group. I remember that embedding an audio file was among them.
I am very interested in embedding a wav file and then synchronizing the score with it at playback (something like videoscores http://musescore.com/videoscores but with sound files, plus running on my desktop), so my question is if this feature is in a short term roadmap or when it is planned to be released.
