Thank you for the help! I've just managed to build the MS with Qt 5.1.0-rc1. It works, so the pre-releases seem to be sufficient indeed. I'll try to upgrade to Qt 5.1.1 in the next step. The issue was old XCode 4.3.3. After I've upgraded to Xcode 4.6 the problem was gone. It would be nice if someone could update the developer handbook by adding the statement that MS won't compile with Xcode < 4.6. Moreover, a link to apple's download page could be also provided because AppStore doesn't offer Xcode for 10.7+ anymore. Thanks!
