Ok, I will add everything from the top row. Zoom and view mode are the only
two things in the toolbar that are not buttons. They are both in the
fileTools(file operations) bar. The reason why I ask is because I cannot
seem to be able at the moment to change the value of the view mode, from
Page View to Continous View using the keyboard, so I think that this will
need aditional changes.
In the mean time I've succeded to remove the pallete from the tab order. It
was not one of it's objects, it was the pallet window itself.
