I don't think this is the better place to post this, but I will take the
liberty to do it.
I am interested in developing a piece of music software (could be a
musescore plugin, but I think it isn't the best choice) whose basical
function is to provide a visual representation of a piece of music. This
would be represented quite simply, in form of a timeline, where *time* is a
metrically and visually constant value. I would love that the program could
allow reproduce it as a metronome. The data entry would be by bars, beats,
measure indications and tempo markings, and the resulting scheme could be
cutted in diferent structures (beats, bars, sections, movements).
I'm a musician, not a developer. I've been making my own detailed
calculations and studies, and have more or less the requirements
specifications, but I need someone who can programme it. I think it can be
very helpful for many musicians.
My questions are:
1/There's any program that can already make this?
2/ If not, how to find anyone to hire to help me developing it?
Thank you
