First, you need to be aware that there is a chance that MuseScore will not
be selected for GSoC 2018. We apply and we hope to be selected for now.
That being said, it always good to start early ! You can get MuseScore code
from https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore and instructions to compile
from https://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/compilation
Once you managed to compile MuseScore, you can try to fix an issue from our
issue tracker https://musescore.org/en/project/issues/musescore. We have
easy issues here: https://musescore.org/en/project/issues/musescore?
