Currently, master branch is typically built with Qt 5.9.x, a LTS release.
Which OS are you using?

%{sourcedir}/build is correct and is where build scripts are stored :
https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/tree/master/build
It has nothing to do with the directory where the build is stored.
