Is there any return of payment or receive any benefits from MuseScore BVBA for 
those who purchased a paid version mobile application in the past?

I paid 600 JPY($5.41, €4.67).
Although it is not a large amount, I felt it was slightly expensive for this 
application with few functions.
As I remember, MuseScore BVBA promised a permanent upgrade by this pricing.
I feel that the promise has been broken.

If someone develop and sells compatible application that do not depend on the 
Web platform musescore.com, will they violate the license?
