Here my utility for adding new components, update MSEide (ide, help
docs, tutorial, etc), some tuning MSEide.
some time ago there were three different utilities, now I made one.
Code not clean but works, at least in linux(I think it`s for windows and
linux but i haven`t windows and can`t check).
