Racism = fashism...an unavoidable temporary consequence (back move, issue of emotions) of apartheid. Though, the country has got into difficult situation & that good specialists leave the country will eventually drop it to ruins. We have such countries in the USSR - Georgia, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan, Moldavia, Latvia,..
