In Linux there is specific directory - /opt. This directory is very useful for correct work for all users with files of application with high permissive as root. In future I'll build universal rpm and deb pakages for all distributives. Ivanko B, you are very conservative, I wont be to use standard - I do new standart. Binary files, libraries is not included in my packages - it means I don't need official repo and I can to distribute packages free.
