Okay, 'git bisect' didn't work so well, because the -dmse_no_ifi issue
was only recently fixed, so older versions of MSEide+MSEgui doesn't compile.

Anyway, it seems the "Index out of bounds" only happens if you compile
MSEide with the "-dmse_no_ifi" compiler option.
Checkout commit 3bb9f5b4f8c7 (the one before your Project Options fix),
compile with mse_no_ifi enabled and you should get the "index out of
bounds" issue.

That might also reveal why the Project Options dialog doesn't populate
any more - lots of empty grids or edit fields.

If I remove -dmse_no_ifi then everything compiles fine and the Project
Options dialog works fine. Even without your "fix" (commit b5813c0de).

Seems its not a good idea to disable ifi in MSEide+MSEgui - it just
causes problems. I had a look, my FreeBSD system has MSEide compiled
with ifi support, but the Linux build script tried to disable it. That
explains why I didn't have any issues under FreeBSD.

  Graeme
